If you are not satisfied with your purchase of equipment -- airbrushes, compressors, and accessories -- The Tanning Store will refund your purchase amount (less shipping & handling*) if the item is in resellable condition and includes all original packaging. The item(s) must be in good condition without damage, returned shipping prepaid, in original boxes with all warranty information and literature within 30 days of purchase.

If the item is not returned with all original packaging but is in good condition, The Tanning Store may deduct a 20% restocking fee to cover the loss in value in reselling the item as an open box item. If the item is not in good condition for some other reason, The Tanning Store will make a fair appraisal of value and make the appropriate credit based upon the condition of the item(s).

Unopened containers of tanning/makeup products -- lotions, sprays, creams,foundations and the like -- may also be returned within 30 days. Sales are considered final on opened tanning/makeup products and after the 30 day return period.

*Actual Tanning Store shipping costs that are in excess of the invoiced amount are not refundable. If The Tanning Store subsidizes shipping in any case, then the incurred shipping cost will be greater than the invoice shipping amount. The amount deducted from Invoice Price to determine the refund on a return will be the greater of the Invoice shipping amount or actual incurred shipping.
