Shipping Policy

We seek to keep inventory current and stocked.  This enables us to ship most orders the day they are ordered, provided we receive the order by 4:00 pm Eastern time M-F.  UPS is our standard shipper and such orders are associated with a tracking number.  You can track your order with the "My Account" order history screen or via the email that is sent when your order is packed.  In the event that we are out of stock on an item in your order, your card is not charged until the item is restocked and your order is ready to ship.

A UPS ground shipping map from our location is provided below. Note that standard service orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS ... NOT UPS.

To calculate the day your order should arrive, start with the first BUSINESS day following the placement of your order as day 1. Treat Saturday and Sunday orders as if they were placed on Monday, since UPS does not currently pickup on the weekend.
