We seek to keep inventory current and stocked. This enables us to ship most orders the day they are ordered M-F,provided we receive the order by 9:00 am for Priority Mail and 3 pm Eastern time for UPS . UPS is our standard shipper and such orders are associated with a tracking number. You can track your order with the "My Account" order history screen, if you created a password and username before ordering. If you ordered directly from the cart, it is not available. In the event that we are out of stock on an item in your order, your card is not charged until the item is restocked and your order is ready to ship.

• Canadian orders are shipped by UPS only.
• Canadian Standard Shipping does NOT include customs and taxes. Please consult your broker for custom fees and taxes.
• Expedited shipping includes most customs and taxes. Please consult your broker concern addition fees and taxes.

Note that standard service orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS ... NOT UPS.

Time in Transist: To calculate the day your order should arrive, start with the first BUSINESS day following the placement of your order as day 1. Treat Saturday and Sunday orders as if they were placed on Monday, since UPS does not currently pickup on the weekend. UPS Saturday delivery has an extra charge and you will need to call for a quote.
